​ *We guarantee the arrival of the items within 7 business days, from the day after placing the order. Holiday eves, Fridays, Saturdays and holidays are not considered business days.

 

You should choose a convenient address to receive the package where you will be throughout the day (work place for example). ​

 

*Shipping is free. ​

 

The courier company does its best to meet the delivery times, but there may be deviations due to loads.

Exchanges / returns

Want to make an exchange? 🙂 The exchange will be possible up to 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that the jewelry has not been used and is in its original packaging. In special sales (benefits/promotions) where a discount was given on the product or as part of the purchase of several pieces of products together, the exchange or credit will be determined according to the regulations of the specific benefit.
 

Cancellation of a transaction will be carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations,תשע"א-2010 - below is the return / cancellation policy:

  • A refund on the purchase of jewelry will be given for a purchase that does not exceed 3000 NIS only, and within 48 hours of the purchase. The following cancellation clauses are relevant to products purchased up to this amount.

  • A refund will be made using the same payment method used to pay for the product. Transaction cancellation fee according to law - 5% of the transaction or NIS 100, whichever is lower. Cancellation of a transaction made on credit - a clearing fee of 3% will be charged in addition.

  • A product will be exchanged or returned only in its original packaging, and without any signs of use. The product will be sent to the office for inspection in order to approve that the product is unused  and only after the approval, the refund to the customer will be approved.

  • In case of a partial transaction cancellation, the items that remain in the customer's possession will be re-charged.

Return by courier:

  • You can return an item ordered on the website through a courier on our behalf.

  • You can coordinate a return shipment with our customer service on WhatsApp to the number 0507872445

  • The cost of the delivery is NIS 40 including VAT and the charge will be made over the phone during the conversation with the customer service Delivery will be made up to 5 business days from the date of the request A refund will be made to the payment method used when making the purchase, up to 7 business days from receiving the package at our offices.

  • A confirmation message will be sent by email at the end of the credit process.
